		<description><![CDATA[On the basis of talent and tournament dominance, the Fairdale team that won back-to-back titles in 1990 and &#039;91 with Jermaine Brown, Maurice Morris and Carlos Turner stands out. Of course, Lexington Catholic in 2002 and Jeffersontown in 2006 pretty much spent four days kicking tail, so you can&#039;t overlook them. And I think the 1996 Paintsville team deserves special mention in this category, because it was about as stacked as a small-town team can be.]]></description>
