Yates resigns as Danville boys basketball coach
Danville boys basketball coach Matthew Yates has resigned to take the same job at Frankfort.
Yates was 51-61 in four seasons at Danville, including 19-10 last season, when the Admirals reached the All “A” Classic semifinals and won the 45th District championship.
The Frankfort job came open after Tony Wise left to become the coach at Montgomery County.
