Bark at the Moon

The Garrard humane society’s Bark at the Moon event is tomorrow night. It features a “Pets n’ People” costume contest, a Jack-O-Lantern carving contest and a spooky walk around the Town Square. There’s also a vaccination clinic during the event at the humane society building. It’s all from 7-10 p.m. Saturday.
